Audrey Boone Tillman is Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Aflac Incorporated, where she directs the Fortune 500 company’s Legal division globally and oversees Compliance, Government Relations, Corporate Communications, Global Cybersecurity, Sustainability, and the Corporate Secretary's office. Audrey joined Aflac in 1996 and has progressed through leadership roles including Vice President (2000), Senior Vice President of Human Resources (2001), Executive Vice President of Corporate Services (2008), and General Counsel (2014). During her tenure, she has been named to Black Enterprise's Most Powerful Women in Business list for three consecutive years and Women's Inc.'s Top Corporate Counsel list, and she has received the Department of the U.S. Army's Meritorious Public Service Medal. Before joining Aflac, Audrey served as an associate professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law, worked in private practice, and served as a federal judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for North Carolina.
